| Pre Season Training |
| Pre-Season training for both teams begins on Monday 30th June. We will train twice a week on Mondays & Wednesdays during July & August - all sessions begin at 7pm at Kirklandpark on grass. A good turnout from both teams would be appreciated. |

| Charity Quiz Night |
| Avendale AFC hosted a football quiz night in aid of the CLIC SARGENT "Kick For Children With Cancer Campaign" on Friday June 20 2008 in Strathaven Evangelical Church and raised the magnificent sum of £1,000 - very many thanks to all involved in this event |

We will be delighted to welcome you to our Sunday Service at Avendale Old Parish Church Kirk Street Strathaven at 11am. All players must attend church on the 1st Sunday of each month - meet at 10.50 at the church entrance in Kirk Street.
